Director Arun Prabu’s vision transforms a tale of revenge and justice into a thought-provoking drama that balances action with shrewd strategy.
Intriguing Plot: Power, Secrets, and Revenge
Set against the shadowy corridors of Tamil Nadu’s political machinery, the story follows Kittu (Vijay Antony), a fixer who thrives on silent influence rather than brute force. Rescued as a child by activist Subbaiah (Vagai Chandrasekhar) after a hidden crime in 1989, Kittu grows into a man who manipulates power with phone calls and quiet deals. His mission: to bring down the men who buried his mother’s murder and expose a corrupt system from within.
The narrative excels when it highlights how influence moves behind the scenes—where whispers are more potent than bullets.
Stellar Performances That Elevate the Film
Vijay Antony commands the screen as Kittu, delivering a performance that blends restraint with controlled intensity. His own electrifying background score adds an extra layer of tension.
Vagai Chandrasekhar brings wisdom and warmth to Subbaiah, embodying the moral backbone of the story.
Sunil Kirpalani impresses as the antagonist, infusing menace without caricature and adding a real-world edge to the conflict.
The supporting cast—each playing key roles in the labyrinthine world of politics—shines in their moments, ensuring every character adds weight to the unfolding drama.

Arun Prabu’s direction gives the film a sophisticated edge, capturing the underbelly of political power plays with a keen eye. While the runtime stretches at 157 minutes, Prabu keeps the suspense alive through meticulous pacing. The cinematography and polished production design immerse viewers in a world where every shadow and glance carries meaning.
Vijay Antony’s music is another highlight—his score builds tension beautifully and complements the film’s strategic moves.
